Cancellation Policy

A 33% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your rental and event date. Card information will be collected securely by phone. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been processed. Because customer safety is our priority, water-slide rentals are scheduled based on available weather forecasts. If Bristow Inflatables & Party Supply Rentals determines that weather conditions make delivery or setup unsafe, your booking will be canceled and a rain check will be issued. Your payment may then be applied toward rescheduling the rental for a mutually available future date. If sudden, unexpected bad weather occurs after the inflatable has been delivered and set up, Bristow Inflatables may offer one of the following options, depending on the weather and operating conditions: - We may remove the blowers and return the following day to reinstall them at no additional charge. The deflated inflatable will remain at the rental location overnight and must not be moved, used, or tampered with. - We may pick up the inflatable and provide a discount toward a future rental. All weather-related decisions are made by Bristow Inflatables & Party Supply Rentals with the safety of our customers, employees, and equipment in mind. Rain checks and discounts have no cash value and are subject to availability.
